We accept credit cards as a form of payment. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases.   Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file.

Auto Mag Ltd. Co. will only ship firearms to licensed FFL holders. We must receive a legible and signed copy of the Federal Firearms License from the dealer that will receive the firearm on your behalf.

There are several ways to send us your FFL.

• Fax the FFL to 843-756-3583.
• Mail your FFL to Auto Mag Ltd 4232 Meadow St. Loris, SC 29569
• Email a copy of your FFL to: ffl@automag.com

Please ensure that you have contacted the FFL you plan to ship to, and they have agreed to receive the firearm and that they include your name and order number on the FFL.

Auto Mag Ltd. Co will not contact your FFL, it is your responsibility to insure we receive the proper documentation to ship your firearm. Failure to follow these instructions may result in a delay in shipping.

It is your responsibility to know the legality of the items you are ordering. Some items available on our website may be restricted to adults and/or may be restricted due to your residence or place of business. These items include, but aren’t limited to firearms, firearm parts, firearm components and firearm magazines. YOU, THE CUSTOMER, ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR CONFIRMING THE LEGALITY OF THE ITEM(S) YOU ARE PURCHASING PRIOR TO PLACING YOUR ORDER. Auto Mag Ltd. Co. will not be responsible for any items refused for delivery or refused by your Federal Firearms License (“FFL”). Contact your chosen FFL to inquire about the transfer of items you are purchasing prior to placing your order.

IF PURCHASING FIREAMS OF FIREARM COMPONENTS YOU UNDERSTAND, ACNOWLEDGE AND AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING:

1. You understand firearms, by their very nature, are inherently dangerous and you accept full liability regarding its use as well as full responsibility for the safe use and storage of any firearms you purchase and/or possess.
2. Auto Mag Ltd. Co. reserves the right to refuse any firearm order.
3. Firearms are only sent to licensed FFL dealers or Curio & Relics License (“C&R”) holder where applicable.  If you are the end user and you are having your firearm shipped to a dealer for transfer, we must have your dealers FFL on file and you must have their permission to have your firearm shipped to them for transfer prior to placing your order with us.  Federal background checks are required before the FFL dealer can transfer the firearm to you.  All dealers will charge you a fee for transferring a firearm and you should contact the dealer to ask the amount of that fee prior to placing your order with us.
4. Auto Mag Ltd. Co. must have a current copy of the dealer's signed FFL or C&R before you can place your order with us.  It is also required that you have a copy of any other necessary licenses that may be required on file prior to placing your order.  Auto Mag Ltd. Co. does not have any relationships with FFLs and therefore the FFL is not a representative of Auto Mag Ltd. Co. in any manner.
5. Auto Mag Ltd. Co. strongly recommends having all firearms, and firearm components, particularly older firearms and firearm components, particularly magazines to be fitted to a particular firearm and thoroughly examined by a qualified gunsmith before firing. 

APPLICABLE LAW

By visiting our website, you agree that the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to the principals of conflict of laws, will govern these Terms and Conditions and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and Auto Mag Ltd. Co.

WARNING:  ALL FIREARMS BUYERS/USERS SHOULD RECEIVE PROPER INSTRUCTION AND TRAINING IN THE CORRECT USE OF THESE PRODUCTS PRIOR TO USING THEM.  

Age Restrictions

By placing an order at Automag.com, you are agreeing that you are of legal age to purchase each of the items listed on your order.  This includes, but is not limited to, attesting that you are at least 21 years of age if you are purchasing a handgun, a lower receiver.

This site may contain links to other sites on the Internet that are owned and operated by third parties. You acknowledge that Auto Mag Ltd., Co. is not responsible for the operation of, or content located on or throughout any such site.

For multiple product orders, we will make every attempt to ship all items contained in that order at the same time. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available, unless you inform us otherwise. You will only be charged for products contained in a given shipment, plus any applicable shipping charges. You will only be charged for shipping at the rate quoted to you on your purchase receipt. The entirety of this shipping charge will be applied to the first product(s) shipped on a multiple shipment order.

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Auto Mag reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.

If you change your mind about your purchase of a make to order item (e.g., Pistol) prior to Job Start we will charge a 5% restocking fee of the deposit to cover credit card charges and administrative overhead. 

If you change your mind about your purchase of a make to order item (e.g., Pistol) after we start making your item (to include being unable to provide any remaining payment due), we will charge a 10% restocking fee of the deposit to cover credit card charges, administrative overhead and our material and labor cost.

If you change your mind about your purchase after receiving your item (and return the item in the original condition in the original shipping material), we will charge a 15% restocking fee of the items price to cover credit card charges, administrative overhead and our material and labor costs.

If you refuse delivery due to visible damage incurred during shipping or caused by the carrier, there is no restocking fee. We will pay for return shipping, but we may file a claim with the carrier or insurance company and request that you to assist in the submission of documentation of the damage (e.g., photos).

If you receive an item that is damaged, inoperative or materially different from what you ordered, there is no restocking fee and we will pay for return shipping.

If you do not receive your item by our promised delivery date, there is no restocking or cancellation fee.

All gun orders are shipped with Adult Signature required.  Upon delivery, the shipping company (e.g., FedEx) may require you to State or Federally issued Identification (e.g., Driver's License) to verify name and confirm the recipient is 21 years or older.  IF the recipient refuses to show ID as proof of age and signature, Auto Mag will consider the shipment as refused, which could incur restocking or reshipping fees.

We will ship your product as it becomes available. Usually, products ship by the next business day. However, there may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock, which will delay fulfilling your order. We will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment. You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping.

If you make changes to your order (e.g., add items, change finish, barrel length or delete something), any deposits or payments made will be credited to the revised order.  However, if the cost of the revised order is less than what has already been paid, the difference will be provided to you as a ‘store-credit’ which can be used for a future purchase that must be used within 3 years.

These conditions will supersede any terms and/or conditions you include with any purchase order, regardless of whether this store signs them or not. Auto Mag Ltd. Co reserves the right to make changes to this site and these conditions at any time.

We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship. Fulfillment mistakes that may be made which result in the shipment of incorrect products to you will also be accepted for return. Return Policy:  All returns must be authorized by calling the Auto Mag Customer Support team at: 843-756-0362 and be accompanied by a Return Material Authorization (RMA).  You must notify us within 2 weeks of receipt of your items requesting a RMA.  Auto Mag may elect to replace the item, refund the item (i.e., Order Cancellation or Change Policy) or issue a Store-Credit that you can then use for a future purchase within 3 years.

Shipping Time:  All Auto Mag Pistols are made to order and unless otherwise stated have a long lead time (180+ days) due to industry-wide supply chain issues. Most other orders will ship the next business day, provided the product ordered is in stock. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday, except by prior arrangement. We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by this site or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.   Please be aware that your shipment may include multiple packages with your gun shipped to your FFL on record and accessories to your ship-to address.

Out of Stock or Made to Order Products:  We will ship your product as it becomes available. Usually, our products will ship by the next business day. However, there may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock or is Made to Order which will delay fulfilling your order. We will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment. You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping.

Multiple Product Orders: For multiple product orders, we will make every attempt to ship all items contained in that order at the same time. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available, unless you inform us otherwise. You will only be charged for products contained in a given shipment, plus any applicable shipping charges. You will only be charged for shipping at the rate quoted to you on your purchase receipt. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.  While a customer may indicate a preference for shipping a product, Auto Mag reserves the right to ship items using the most advantageous shipping provider.  However, Auto Mag will NOT ship anything with an arrival date less that what the customer indicated.

The following are the terms and conditions of Auto Mag Ltd., Co sales and service:

1. The purchaser explicitly waives its own standard terms and conditions, even if these were drawn up after these standard terms and conditions of sale. In order to be valid, any derogation must be expressly agreed to in advance in writing.
2. The purchaser is responsible for complying with any state or federal laws including age restricted products.
3. Our invoices are payable prior to shipment, unless another payment timeframe is indicated on either the invoice or the order. In the event of non-payment by the due date, Auto Mag Ltd., Co reserves the right to request a fixed interest payment amounting to 10% of the sum remaining due. Auto Mag Ltd., Co will be authorized to suspend any provision of services without prior warning in the event of late payment.
4. All Pistols are Made to Order.  They are hand built, hand fitted, and hand tested with a minimum of a 60-day lead time.
5. All guns must be shipped to a licensed Federal Firearms Dealer and prior to shipment we must have a copy of the dealer's Federal Firearm License (FFL) on File.   We are currently unable to ship to locations in either California or New York.
6. Most orders will ship the next business day, provided the product ordered is in stock. Our processing cut-off time is 3pm (eastern) and orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday, except by prior arrangement.  We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by this site or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.
7. While a customer may indicate a preferred carrier for shipment of a product, Auto Mag reserves the right to ship items using the most advantageous shipping provider.  However, Auto Mag will NOT ship anything with an arrival date less than what the customer has indicated.  In all cases, Firearms will be shipped 2nd Day (minimum) with Adult Signature required at time of receipt.  Once shipped, you will be unable to modify the delivery address.
   
8. Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Auto Mag reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.

10. If a payment is still outstanding more than sixty (60) days after the due payment date, Auto Mag Ltd., Co reserves the right to call on the services of a debt recovery company. All legal expenses will be payable by the client.
11.  Auto Mag Ltd., Co undertakes to do its best to supply performant services in due time in accordance with the agreed timeframes. However, none of its obligations can be considered as being an obligation to achieve results. Auto Mag Ltd., Co cannot under any circumstances, be required by the client to appear as a third party in the context of any claim for damages filed against the client by an end consumer.
12. In order for it to be admissible, Auto Mag Ltd., Co must be notified of any claim by means of a letter sent by recorded delivery to its registered office within 8 days of the delivery of the goods or the provision of the services.
13. All our contractual relations will be governed exclusively by United States law and by the laws and jurisdiction of South Carolina.
    
    

Our store will automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within the same state/province where Auto Mag holds a presence. For orders shipped to other areas, you (the shopper) are solely responsible for any sales taxes and/or other taxes that may apply.

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Auto Mag shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price. Auto Mag shall also have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Auto Mag will issue a refund to your card in the amount of the incorrect price
